This role serves as the central hub for optimizing our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Framework, converting product education into realized commercial gains, and facilitating a high-impact mentorship culture across all retail and enterprise teams. *Key Responsibilities *
o Design and deploy consultative selling, customer handling, negotiation, and objection-handling workshops tailored to high-end building materials.
o Synthesize technical knowledge from top-tier brand partners (e.g., Grohe, Toto, Kajaria, Mapei) into actionable commercial training programs for showroom teams.
o Evaluate sales capability through structured role-play assessments against corporate competency rubrics.
o Drive the implementation of LMG’s structured mentoring programs, pairing seasoned executives with junior/trainee staff. o Provide tools, conversation guides, and tracking protocols for mentors and mentees to audit progress quarterly. o Own accountability coaching loops for line managers, ensuring they successfully perform dynamic talent check-ins without friction.
o Administer the corporate Credit Framework (ensuring employees meet customized annual targets based on role grade). o Audit quarterly logs, verify validation evidence, and score qualitative evaluation elements during annual appraisals. o Develop structured support programs and remediation curricula for personnel on localized Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). *Requirements \& Technical Competencies Minimum Qualifications \& Experience: *
