This is an *in-office, high-ownership * role for a sharp, ambitious individual looking to dive deep into the mechanics of B2B SaaS marketing strategy, with a heavy emphasis on digital execution and data analytics. You won't just be assisting; you’ll be contributing to core business outcomes.

*Your Mission: Drive Strategy \& Execution *

You will be embedded within our dynamic marketing team, gaining hands-on experience across the strategic and tactical layers of a global marketing organization.

*1\. Digital Strategy \& Campaign Management *

• Own the execution and initial analysis of digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and emerging B2B platforms.
• Learn to optimize advertising performance by tracking key metrics, gathering actionable insights, and preparing comprehensive campaign reports.
• Explore the strategic principles of programmatic advertising, advanced audience targeting, and rigorous A/B testing to inform future strategy.

*2\. Data-Driven Engagement \& Retention *

• Assist in building, testing, and deploying email and SMS re-engagement campaigns that directly impact our lead nurture funnel.
• Focus on optimization—from template readability and mobile responsiveness to ensuring impeccable quality control (grammar, spelling, and formatting).
• Track detailed campaign performance and translate results into concrete recommendations for improving audience engagement.

*3\. Marketing Analytics \& Business Intelligence *

• Become proficient with core marketing tools: Google Analytics, CRM (Salesforce/Hubspot), and advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Help synthesize raw data into clear, concise reports and strategic insights that influence executive decision-making.
• Develop a foundational understanding of SEO, SEM, and crucial marketing performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) within a B2B context.

*4\. Cross-Functional Strategic Support *

• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Content teams to support high-priority, ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Maintain critical marketing documentation, track project deliverables, and ensure strategic alignment across all projects.
• Conduct high-value research, including deep competitor analysis and market trends, to inform content and strategic planning.
