*About the Role *

Delhivery is building a platform to help transporters and fleet owners access financial and vehicle-related services through one platform. With FASTag, payments, wallet and GPS journeys already launched, the next phase includes expanding banking partnerships, automating payments, launching fuel service and building lending capabilities.

As Product Manager for Financial Services, you will own initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption. You will work closely with engineering, business, operations, finance, compliance and external partners to deliver reliable products that simplify customers’ daily operations.

*What You Will Do *

• *Own the roadmap and outcomes:

* Translate customer needs and business priorities into a focused roadmap across FASTag, wallets, Fuel Card, GPS and upcoming lending products. Track adoption, transaction success, revenue and servicing costs.

• *Understand customers and field operations:

* Spend time with transporters, fleet owners, sales and support teams. Identify friction across onboarding, KYC, purchase, fulfilment, activation and ongoing usage.

• *Build reliable transaction journeys:

* Improve recharges, refunds, reconciliation, disputes and invoicing. Anticipate failed transactions, partner downtime and exceptions, with clear recovery paths for customers and operations.

• *Expand the product portfolio:

* Drive new bank integrations, automated recharges, prepaid wallet integration and GPS offerings. Develop lending journeys spanning discounting, loan origination, servicing and co-lending partnerships.

• *Manage integrations and controls:

* Work with banks, payment providers and technology partners on API readiness, testing and production stability. Partner with compliance and finance on consent, data sharing, KYC and transaction controls.

• *Drive execution and practical automation:

* Write clear requirements, make prioritisation trade-offs and own rollout and post-launch improvements. Apply AI and workflow automation where they improve customer experience, accuracy or operating efficiency.

*What You Bring *

• 4+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership from problem discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments or lending is preferred, not mandatory. Strong product fundamentals and the ability to learn complex domains matter.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on SQL proficiency to investigate funnels, transaction failures and customer behaviour.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, data flows and system reliability with engineering and external partners.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, understand operational details and balance customer experience, commercial goals and compliance requirements.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools for research, prototyping, analysis and automation, with sound judgment about their limitations.
• Clear communication and the ability to align stakeholders, resolve dependencies and drive adoption after launch.
